I love living with my dog. He is a close companion of mine, and living without him is not something I could do. When you’re searching for a new apartment, you have to consider the pet policies and whether or not the community is pet-friendly. At Hickory Falls Apartments, we are a pet-friendly community accepting both pets and their human companions.

The pet-policy at Hickory Falls allows both cats and dogs without a weight limit. When residents obtain a pet or move in with a pet, there is a $300 pet fee that follows. Since we are pet-friendly, we do allow up to two pets per apartment at Hickory Falls.

However, there are certain breed restrictions with dogs, and contacting the leasing office at Hickory Falls can easily clear up any confusion or questions as to what breeds are not allowed. Service animals are an exception, of course. For breed restrictions, call Hickory Falls at (877) 284-2651.
